Job Description
As a Client Advisor at Bottega Veneta in South Coast Plaza, you will be part of a dynamic team, reporting to the Store Manager. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and maintain client profile records.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures and maintain visual standards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work closing shifts, weekends, and during the holiday season.
