Summary

Part Time Client Advisor responsible for driving individual and store sales at the South Coast Plaza boutique through exceptional clienteling, product knowledge, and customer service. Role involves maintaining client books, supporting store operations, and promoting events while working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
• Capture and maintain customer information for the database and follow up with clients
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and ensure consistent client follow up
• Assist with shipping, receiving, alterations, and inventory control as requested
• Support general housekeeping and maintain the store image

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury
• Business school, university, or equivalent experience
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Clienteling skills; candidates with client books preferred
• Service orientation and strong customer focus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Foreign languages a plus
