Client Advisor - South Coast Plaza

As a Client Advisor at our South Coast Plaza Boutique, you will create an exceptional client experience by advising clients on purchases that satisfy their needs, desires, personal style, and lifestyle. You will cultivate and maintain client relationships while achieving and exceeding individual and store goals.

• Engage with clients per the Dolce & Gabbana selling and service standards.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and key retail KPIs such as Appointments, Consignments, UPT, Data Capture and Enrichment, and Repurchase Rate.
• Develop and foster long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversation and active clientele management.
• Drive business and sales goals by proactively reaching out to existing clients and developing new clients.
• Maintain company merchandise presentation standards.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge.
• Review and analyze personal KPI achievement, proposing adjustments to sales approach to exceed client expectations.
• Support in inventory preparation and execution.
• Partner with all employees in the store to maintain a collaborative work environment.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Proven track record of successful sales generation and client relationship development.
• Results-driven and customer-focused.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM and POS systems.
