Summary
Luxury retail Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional client service, achieving individual and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations and visual standards. The role includes mentoring colleagues, supporting merchandising and consignment processes, and representing the brand to VIP clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and build and maintain client books
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets and CRM requirements
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, returns, and distance orders
- Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- Perform POS transactions, stocking, and regular store maintenance tasks
- Assist Store Manager with day to day supervision and act as Manager on Duty when required
- Partner with back of house team on consignments, stock control, packing, and logistics
- Participate in training and mentoring of Client Advisors and weekly team meetings
- Adhere to store policies, loss prevention, and health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years retail experience; luxury retail preferred
- 2+ years experience in a supervisor or department manager role
- Proven track record driving sales and strong client relationship skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and customer databases
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs and perform physical store tasks
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Foreign language skills and ready to work in a collaborative team environment
