Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and exceed sales goals through product knowledge and strong operational skills. Build and maintain client relationships while supporting store operations and visual standards at South Coast Plaza.
Responsibilities
- Achieve client advisor metrics and CRM requirements
- Meet or exceed store category and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain client books and follow up on client inquiries and requests
- Assist with special requests including repairs special orders and returns
- Use POS system accurately and maintain customer database
- Participate in stocking restocking and store maintenance
- Support opening and closing procedures and attend team meetings
- Help maintain visual standards with direction from visual merchandiser and management
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience retail luxury preferred
- High school diploma minimum
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to use POS inventory functions and digital literacy
- Goal oriented with drive for results
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs and perform physical tasks
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Foreign language skills preferred
