The Client Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for clients providing exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and personalized styling to drive sales and foster loyalty while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with a warm professional and personalized approach
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice tailored to client needs
- Drive sales through upselling cross-selling and exceptional service
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and develop a client book
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer recommendations
- Maintain store presentation merchandising and visual standards
- Process transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Manage inventory stock replenishment and product care
- Support back office functions and participate in visual merchandising activities
Requirements
- Previous retail experience in fashion jewelry or lifestyle brands
- Strong interpersonal communication and storytelling skills
- Sales driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed targets
- Customer centric approach with passion for personalized service
- Cultural awareness and ability to interact with international clientele
- Team player with collaborative spirit
- Flexible availability including weekends holidays and varied shifts
