Summary

Serve as a brand ambassador, guiding clients through a luxury shopping experience and promoting the brand’s values. Maximize individual and team sales by understanding client needs, building lasting relationships, and fostering brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their in-store experience.
• Maintain client information in the CRM and develop relationships through personalized follow-up.
• Promote omnichannel services, cross-sell across departments, and work toward sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, and products.
• Handle client complaints in coordination with a manager when needed.
• Maintain shop-floor presentation and follow operational, stock, and security procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent client experience and positive working environment.

Requirements

• Passion for sales, luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building lasting client relationships and strong product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, a results-driven approach, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
