Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience representing the brand, build and maintain client relationships, and drive sales performance at the South Coast Plaza location through personalized service and clienteling.
Responsibilities
- Embody the brand in every client interaction using the company sales approach.
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Drive business through key product pillars and convert clients through discovery.
- Create elevated in store experiences and memorable moments for clients.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve service delivery.
- Support store hospitality and amenities to enhance client appointments.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client service experience.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
- Ability to connect with and cultivate a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and email software.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College degree and multilingual skills preferred.
