Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and represent the brand at all client interactions.
• Tailor the sales ceremony to exceed client expectations.
• Proactively build and maintain a strong client portfolio through outreach and use of clientele tools.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Support merchandising and shop floor maintenance.
• Uphold visual presentation and brand image standards.
• Assist with implementation of sales policies and store initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in women and mens ready to wear.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships.
• Knowledge of luxury product and brand heritage.
• Ability to maintain operational excellence on the shop floor.
