Client Advisor - Southdale Center

As a Client Advisor at Southdale Center, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador for Moncler, delivering exceptional client experiences and embodying the brand's values. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, understanding client needs, and guiding them through the brand, while achieving individual and store goals. Additionally, you will support the store team with visual merchandising and training needs.

• Perform as a team player and contribute to the overall objectives of the store.
• Welcome every client and provide an exceptional client experience in line with Moncler's standards.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversations and active clientele management.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with operations and store leadership to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Support inventory preparation and execution as necessary.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and respect Moncler brand standards.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Client-centric with a passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry.
• Professional presentation and effective communication skills.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
