Client Advisor - Southdale Center

Summary

The Client Advisor acts as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional client experiences, cultivating relationships, and supporting store goals. This role also assists with visual merchandising or training needs and collaborates with store leadership to maintain operations and brand standards. The position focuses on achieving sales KPIs while providing high standards of client service in a luxury retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients to provide exceptional client experiences.
• Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships and manage clientele.
• Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs such as ADT UPT and data capture.
• Support inventory preparation and operational tasks as required.
• Follow up on customer charge sends repairs and holds.
• Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge to assist clients.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to store objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in luxury or equivalent hospitality experience.
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal and client centric skills.
• Professional presentation and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable punctual and flexible with ability to perform varied duties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Word Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate in English additional languages preferred.
