Client Advisor - Spanish Speaker

Summary

The Client Advisor is an in-store retail sales role responsible for delivering the Tiffany Experience and building lasting client relationships to drive commercial results. You will act as a brand ambassador, using personalized service and clienteling to meet and exceed sales targets. This position requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays and fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships to cultivate repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Deliver elevated in-store experiences, appointments, and styling to convert clients.
• Drive sales across key product pillars and identify ways to grow business through client outreach.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Spanish speaking is required.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college or university degree and proficiency in additional languages.
