Client Advisor Stylist - Grant Ave

As a Client Advisor Stylist at our San Francisco Grant Ave Boutique, you will play a vital role in driving sales by providing an exceptional and genuine experience to each client. You will be responsible for mastering the client journey and delivering the Valentino Couture Service impeccably.

• Create strong long-term client relationships and proactively engage with existing and potential clients.
• Deliver personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and curate looks for clients.
• Assist with sales and after-sales activities, ensuring product maintenance and replenishment.
• Partner with the team to ensure seamless store operations and uphold presentation standards.
• Perform client transactions using the POS system and execute operational tasks as needed.

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a focus on clientele.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in operating retail POS systems and MS Office Programs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
