- Engage proactively with existing and potential clients.
- Deliver the Valentino Couture Service impeccably in every phase.
- Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools.
- Capture client data and maintain detailed client information.
- Achieve sales, KPIs, and CRM targets consistently.
- Guide clients across all brand categories and curate looks.
- Develop strong product and fit knowledge through training and fit sessions.
- Prepare for client appointments and create a welcoming environment.
- Assist with sales and after-sales activities, including returns and repairs.
- Ensure product maintenance and replenishment on the floor.
- Partner with the team for seamless store operations and presentation standards.
- Liaise with the Visual team to follow display guidelines.
- Perform operational tasks, including client transactions and shipping/receiving.
Requirements- Previous luxury retail sales experience with a focus on clientele.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Exceptional customer relationship building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in operating retail POS systems and MS Office Programs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Problem-solving skills and a team player.
