Summary

The Client Advisor/Stylist at Valentino Houston Galleria delivers exceptional luxury client experiences by building long-term relationships and driving sales through personalized styling and proactive clienteling. The role requires deep product knowledge, mastery of the client journey, and collaboration with store teams to uphold boutique presentation and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and CRM activities to meet sales and KPI targets.
• Provide personalized styling services, prepare for client appointments, and curate looks across brand categories.
• Execute the Valentino Couture Service at every phase of the client interaction, including presentation, closing, and follow-up.
• Manage merchandising tasks: replenish floor stock, know warehouse inventory, and support visual display standards.
• Perform sales transactions and basic operational tasks using the POS system; assist with shipping, receiving, and after-sales activities.

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with proven clientele development and sales results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems and basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Action-oriented, problem-solver, team player; foreign languages are a plus.
