Summary
Client Advisor/Stylist responsible for delivering an elevated luxury retail experience at the Rodeo Drive boutique, building long term client relationships, meeting sales and CRM targets, and providing personalized styling across collections. The role requires strong product knowledge, proactive client engagement, and contribution to day to day store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Create and master the client journey to build lasting relationships and achieve CRM targets
- Engage existing and prospective clients through personalized outreach and clienteling tools
- Prepare for and conduct client appointments with researched preferences and curated looks
- Deliver Valentino service across sale phases including presentation, closing and after sales
- Maintain product presentation, replenish floor stock and know warehouse inventory
- Assist with boutique returns, repairs, complaints and other sales aftercare
- Support visual merchandising guidelines and report relevant information to management
- Use POS systems to execute client transactions and participate in operational tasks
- Work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with clientele focus
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and KPIs
- Strong customer relationship building and communication skills
- Computer skills to operate retail POS and MS Office programs
- Knowledge of fashion trends and product fit to provide styling guidance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Action oriented with drive for results and problem solving attitude
- Team player with ability to collaborate across store functions
