Client Advisor/Stylist responsible for delivering luxury service and driving sales through personalized client experiences at the Royal Hawaiian boutique. Role focuses on clienteling, styling across categories, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store operations to meet sales and CRM targets.
Responsibilities
- Create long term client relationships and deliver Valentino Couture service from welcome to farewell
- Proactively engage existing and potential clientele and implement personalized reach out campaigns
- Capture client data and qualitative notes and work to achieve sales, KPI and CRM targets
- Style clients using current fashion knowledge and prepare for appointments with curated merchandise
- Maintain product knowledge through trainings and in store fit sessions
- Assist with sales and after sales activities including returns, repairs and complaints
- Ensure product maintenance and replenishment on the sales floor and manage warehouse stock awareness
- Support day to day store operations and uphold visual presentation standards
- Use POS to perform client transactions and execute operational tasks when needed
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with relevant clientele focus
- Proven track record in achieving sales results
- Excellent client relationship building and communication skills
- Computer skills to operate retail POS and MS Office programs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Action oriented with a drive for results and problem solving ability
- Strong team player
- Foreign language skills considered a plus
