Summary
Client Advisor/Stylist responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience, driving sales and long term client relationships through personalized service, styling, and clienteling at the San Marcos Outlet. Role includes supporting store operations, visual standards, and CRM engagement to meet KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and personalized outreach.
- Deliver the Valentino Couture Service across preparation, welcome, presentation, closing and farewell phases.
- Use CRM tools to capture client data, execute personalized campaigns, and achieve CRM targets.
- Provide styling guidance across brand categories and stay informed on trends and new arrivals.
- Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences and organizing merchandise.
- Assist with sales and after sales activities including returns, repairs, and customer inquiries.
- Manage product maintenance and replenishment on the sales floor and monitor warehouse stock.
- Support visual merchandising guidelines and collaborate with the visual team and store management.
- Perform operational tasks including POS transactions, shipping and receiving when required.
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with relevant clientele focus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting KPIs.
- Excellent clienteling and relationship building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Action oriented with drive for results and problem solving ability.
- Team player with ability to collaborate across store functions.
