As a Client Advisor Stylist at South Coast Plaza, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships and providing personalized styling services to meet the unique needs of each customer.

• Master the Client Journey to create long-term client relationships and engage proactively with existing and potential clients.
• Deliver the Valentino Couture Service impeccably in every phase, from preparation for sale to farewell.
• Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and curate looks for clients across all brand categories.
• Assist with sales and after-sales activities, ensuring product maintenance and replenishment on the floor.
• Partner with the team to ensure seamless store operations and uphold presentation standards.
• Use POS system for client transactions and participate in operational tasks when needed.

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a focus on clientele building.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in operating retail POS systems and MS Office programs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Action-oriented and a problem-solver with a team player attitude.
