As a Client Advisor Stylist at Valentino in Los Angeles, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships and providing personalized styling services to meet the unique needs of each customer.

• Master the Client Journey to create strong long-term client relationships.
• Engage proactively with existing and potential clients to deliver the Valentino Couture Service.
• Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and curate looks for clients.
• Assist with sales and after-sales activities, including returns and repairs.
• Ensure product maintenance and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless store operations and uphold presentation standards.
• Use POS system to perform client transactions and execute operational tasks.

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a focus on clientele.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in operating retail POS systems and MS Office programs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
