Client Advisor Stylist - Valley Fair

As a Client Advisor Stylist at our Valley Fair Boutique, you will play a vital role in driving sales by providing an exceptional and genuine experience to each client. You will master the Client Journey, creating strong long-term relationships and delivering the Valentino Couture Service impeccably.

• Master the Client Journey to create strong long-term client relationships.
• Engage proactively with existing and potential clients.
• Deliver the Valentino Couture Service in every phase of the client interaction.
• Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools.
• Capture client data and maintain detailed notes on client interactions.
• Achieve sales, KPIs, and CRM targets consistently.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and curate looks for clients.
• Assist with sales and after-sales activities, including returns and repairs.
• Ensure product maintenance and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Partner with the team to uphold presentation standards and store operations.
• Use POS system for client transactions and operational tasks.

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a focus on clientele.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Exceptional customer relationship building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in operating retail POS systems and MS Office Programs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Action-oriented and a problem-solver.
