Client Advisor, Temporary

Summary

Temporary Client Advisor representing the brand in all client interactions and delivering a memorable luxury experience. Provide hospitality and personalized service to support sales, assist with engraving and after-sales service, and help maintain store presentation and operations. Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth store functioning and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, warmly welcoming and assisting clients to create personalized experiences.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, POS functions, replenishing supplies, and maintaining neat sales floor areas.
• Assist with engraving station and accurately manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality area, communicate service issues to management, and support inventory and special projects.

Requirements

• Availability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States and ability to work with a diverse client base.
