Summary

The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers exceptional luxury experiences by understanding clients' needs and cultivating long-term relationships. This role contributes to individual and store performance goals while maintaining a welcoming, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide personalized service, and build new and lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators while maintaining strong product and brand knowledge.
• Support store operations, including transactions, inventory activities, visual merchandising, and maintaining store organization.
• Collaborate with colleagues, follow company policies, and protect confidential client and company information.

Requirements

• At least two years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Comfort using retail technology, POS systems, clienteling applications, and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills and experience serving international clientele are preferred.
