Provide personalized sales and service to clients at a luxury retail location within The Forum Shops in Las Vegas. Build lasting client relationships, present product knowledge, and achieve sales goals while maintaining high standards of store presentation and brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and provide tailored product recommendations
• Deliver exceptional clienteling and follow up to drive repeat business
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Process transactions accurately and handle client payments
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Support in store events and promotions as needed

Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and deliver high level client service
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, professional presentation and work ethic
