As a Client Advisor at The Shops at The Bravern, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, embodying the Gucci brand values, and creating a luxury client experience. You will act as a Gucci Ambassador, promoting the brand's philosophy and values.

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Drive individual KPI goals and ensure high-quality sales.
• Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships.
• Maintain an organized client book and provide follow-up on sales requests.
• Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.

• Maintain security standards and visual display of products.
• Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Proven ability to drive results and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
