The Client Advisor represents Tiffany through exceptional service and memorable client experiences. This role builds lasting client relationships, develops repeat business, and achieves commercial sales targets while embodying the Tiffany brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, personalized service and memorable experiences to every client.
• Develop new and existing client relationships, capture client information, and grow repeat business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets.
• Use client feedback and clienteling practices to strengthen loyalty and grow outreach business.
• Connect products with clients' wardrobes and drive business through key product categories.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or another client-related field.
• Proven ability to achieve commercial results and connect with a diverse client base.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook or email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
