Summary
Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience representing the brand, build and deepen client relationships, and drive sales by meeting or exceeding store commercial targets. Use clienteling, personalized service, and product knowledge to convert and retain clients while supporting store operations and hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Create memorable in-store experiences using a personalized selling approach.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through outreach and client data capture.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive repeat business and lifetime client value through follow up and clienteling.
- Style clients and showcase key product pillars to convert appointments into sales.
- Utilize POS and client tracking systems to manage transactions and client information.
- Respond to client feedback and act on NPS insights to improve service.
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client service experience.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver exceptional service.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays.
- College degree and proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
