Responsibilities
- Engage clients using personalized service to create memorable in-store experiences.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Drive sales through discovery, product knowledge, and styling recommendations.
- Execute hospitality and store amenities best practices to enhance client visits.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve the client experience.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or relevant client-facing roles.
- Proven track record of meeting commercial results and sales targets.
- Ability to connect with and service a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and email software.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College degree and proficiency in additional languages preferred.
