The Client Advisor embodies the brand in every client interaction, delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships to drive sales and loyalty. This role requires strong communication, sales focus, and a passion for luxury goods while maintaining high professional standards and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat business.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using client tracking systems.
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences and elevate service through personalized selling ceremonies.
- Drive sales through key product pillars and cultivate new client relationships.
- Execute hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Act on client feedback and performance metrics to improve the client experience.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base and deliver high levels of service.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook or email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Preferred: college degree, GIA coursework or Graduate Gemologist credential, or proficiency in additional languages.
