• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales and achieve commercial targets.
• Capture and cultivate client data to enhance repeat business.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and memorable moments for clients.
• Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating passion and expertise in every interaction.
• Utilize client feedback to continuously improve the client experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team to optimize store amenities and hospitality.

• 2+ years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• A college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages are desired.
