Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor delivers the Tiffany Experience by building lasting client relationships, providing personalized in-store service, and driving sales through clienteling. They act as brand ambassadors who create memorable moments and consistently meet or exceed store commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Embody the brand and deliver elevated, personalized client experiences using the Tiffany Touch.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, capture client data, and grow repeat and outreach business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets and drive business through key product pillars.
• Convert clients through discovery and styled appointments and optimize hospitality and store amenities to create memorable moments.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing roles with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Ability to connect with diverse clients, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to client development.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays; proficiency with POS, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Authorization to work in the United States; college degree and multilingual skills are preferred.
