Client Advisor

Summary

Deliver the luxury client experience by representing the brand in every interaction, building and deepening client relationships, and achieving store commercial targets through exceptional service and clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients using personalized service techniques to create memorable in-store experiences.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data in POS and client tracking systems.
• Conduct client appointments and sell through curiosity and product knowledge.
• Leverage client feedback to improve service and NPS performance.
• Support store hospitality and amenities to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-facing experience.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
• Ability to connect with diverse clients and deliver exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College degree and multilingual skills preferred.
