Summary

Serve as a brand ambassador, guiding clients through the luxury shopping experience and promoting the brand's values. Build lasting client relationships and contribute to individual and team sales goals through personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional in-store service.
• Capture client information in the CRM and develop relationships through personalized follow-up.
• Promote cross-selling and omnichannel engagement while working toward sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain product knowledge, shop-floor presentation, operational standards, and store security.
• Collaborate with colleagues and resolve client concerns with support from the line manager when needed.

Requirements

• Passion for selling, luxury fashion, and the managed product category.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with resilience, motivation, and problem-solving ability.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
