Summary

Part Time Client Advisor role focused on delivering exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail environment. The advisor will build and maintain long term client relationships, provide product advice across categories, and contribute to individual and team sales goals. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of the brand and deliver the brand promise to every client
• Discover client needs and tailor in-store experiences accordingly
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and performance targets
• Advise clients across all product categories with strong product knowledge
• Leverage in-house clienteling tools and systems to build long term relationships
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with a diverse clientele
• Contribute to a fast paced team environment and support career development initiatives

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in high end or luxury market
• Strong customer service orientation and commercial sales mindset
• Willingness to learn and develop product and brand knowledge
• Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort working in a fast paced retail environment
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
