The Client Advisor delivers exceptional client experiences while achieving individual and store sales goals. The role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail and fashion, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while supporting operational excellence and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service and tailor each client experience to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and brand heritage, and consistently work toward sales targets.
• Use clienteling and CRM tools to source new clients, maintain accurate client information, and build lasting relationships.
• Support sales ceremonies, mentor team members, and contribute to the smooth running of the sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising and shop floor maintenance while upholding brand standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with women's and men's ready-to-wear.
• Strong communication skills.
