Client Advisor - Tysons

Summary

Deliver exceptional client experiences on the sales floor by embodying the brand through personalized service and relationship-building. Drive sales performance by cultivating new and existing client relationships and consistently achieving store sales goals. Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for product pillars and the overall in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients using a signature selling approach to create memorable in-store experiences and build long-term relationships.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans through client development and repeat business.
• Capture and maintain client data in tracking systems and leverage insights to drive sales.
• Deliver high levels of hospitality and service, execute store amenities and follow TEI client experience practices.
• Promote key product pillars and support merchandising and selling initiatives on the floor.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail or relevant client-facing industries such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree or Gemological Institute of America coursework (GIA) or Graduate Gemologist credential.
