Client Advisor

Summary

Deliver a personalized luxury client experience, build lasting relationships, and achieve sales targets while representing the Maison. Share product knowledge and provide knowledgeable support throughout the client journey.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales ceremony.
• Build client relationships, maintain accurate client records, and follow up on opportunities.
• Support boutique events, after-sales service, merchandising, inventory, and daily operations.
• Represent the Maison and communicate its history, values, and collections with passion.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of or interest in timepiece movements.
• Strong customer service, communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends; additional language skills and SAP exposure are a plus.
