- Handle negotiations and objections with ease, ensuring clients return to the boutique.
- Act as a Maison ambassador, communicating passionately about the Maison and demonstrating extensive knowledge of its values and history.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
Requirements- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
- General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
