Client Advisor - Valley Fair

Summary

Retail sales role responsible for meeting individual and store sales targets while providing high end customer service and maintaining the store image. The role involves building and maintaining a client book, promoting store events, handling shipping and alterations follow up, and supporting inventory and housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and follow up on client issues
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested
• Support general housekeeping and maintain the store image

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail sales experience, preferably in luxury
• Business school, university, or equivalent experience
• Computer literate with ability to learn various software packages
• Client book holders strongly preferred
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Foreign language skills a plus
