Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional client service and achieves individual sales goals. The role builds lasting client relationships through product knowledge, selling ceremonies, and understanding boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
• Achieve sales goals and build lasting client relationships through strong product knowledge and selling ceremonies.
• Complete business and client documentation accurately and follow boutique operating processes.
• Adapt priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong business drive and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment, stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 lbs.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
