Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, tailored service and act as a brand ambassador.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to store goals.
• Use CRM tools to source new clients and maintain client records.
• Develop and retain long-term relationships with loyal clients.
• Support and mentor team members during the sales ceremony.
• Assist with merchandising and shop floor maintenance.
• Monitor and update client information to enhance business development.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience selling women’s and men’s ready to wear.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets in a luxury environment.
