Client Advisor - Valley Fair

Summary

Provide exceptional client experiences as a Brand Ambassador, representing the brand values and supporting store goals. Report to store leadership and contribute to sales, visual merchandising, training, and operational needs while cultivating lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver the brand client experience standards.
• Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships through active clientele management.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory preparation and operational tasks as required.
• Follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds.
• Collaborate with store leadership to adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or client-facing experience, preferably luxury.
• Client centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible with a team oriented mindset.
• Passion for fashion and product knowledge with willingness to learn.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
