Client Advisor - Vineland Premium Outlets

Summary

The Client Advisor represents Moncler and delivers exceptional luxury experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and clienteling. This role builds lasting client relationships while contributing to individual and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, recommend products, and provide personalized service.
• Build new and ongoing client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Meet individual sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting store objectives.
• Maintain product knowledge, process transactions and service requests, and support inventory and store operations.
• Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures, and maintain visual merchandising and sales floor standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and represent the brand professionally.

Requirements

• At least two years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Comfort using POS systems, clienteling applications, Microsoft Office, and mobile communication tools.
• Multilingual skills and experience serving international clientele are preferred.
