Summary
The Client Advisor - Visual Expert is responsible for building luxury client relationships and achieving sales targets while maintaining the store visual standards. This role partners with the Visual Merchandising corporate team to execute floor changes, oversee in‑store VM implementation, and manage daily VM needs at the Crystals location.
Responsibilities
- Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives and individual KPI targets.
- Provide personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships.
- Use CRM tools to record customer data and maintain an accurate client book.
- Partner with VM team to facilitate and execute floor changes and visual standards.
- Support instore events, windows, pop ups, installations and special projects.
- Oversee sales floor and stockroom organization and general store housekeeping.
- Assist with shipping receiving and inventory control as requested.
- Promote store events via email phone and personalized notes.
- Provide coaching training and feedback to support consistent product knowledge and visual execution.
Requirements
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser with experience crafting windows and interior displays.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to customer needs.
- Willingness to work nights overnights evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to follow VM guidelines adapt visual execution to store architecture and report biweekly.
