Client Advisor - Visual Expert - Miami Design District

Summary

Client Advisor - Visual Expert responsible for building luxury client relationships while achieving individual and store sales targets and maintaining visual standards at the Miami Design District location. The role partners with the corporate Visual Merchandising team to execute floor changes and ensure VM guidelines are implemented in store, while also supporting events, shipping, receiving and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives and individual KPI targets.
• Provide personalized customer service and develop enduring client relationships.
• Maintain accurate client book and record customer information in CRM.
• Partner with VM corporate team to facilitate and execute floor changes and visual presentations.
• Implement and enforce visual merchandising standards across the store and support windows and instore events.
• Support shipping receiving procedures and inventory control as requested.
• Organize sales floor and stockroom according to company policy and maintain store image.
• Promote store events via email phone and personalized notes and follow up on client inquiries.
• Provide coaching training and feedback to ensure consistent product knowledge and visual execution.

Requirements

• Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
• Proven experience as a visual merchandiser with experience crafting windows interior displays and space utilization.
• History of exceeding individual and store sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills with a team oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work nights overnights evenings weekends and holidays as business requires.
• Ability to adapt VM to store architecture market trends and regional needs.
• Experience using CRM tools and maintaining accurate client records.
• High adaptability to varying customer needs and fast paced retail environment.
