Hybrid role splitting time between client advisory and visual merchandising responsibilities in a luxury retail environment. Provide personalized client service, drive sales, and implement visual merchandising standards including window installations and store zoning to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives
• Provide expert product and brand advice across categories
• Use clienteling tools to build and maintain long term client relationships
• Manage store zoning and product rotations with the store team
• Lead window product changes and installation
• Ensure key products are selected and well displayed to maximize opportunities
• Collaborate on business events and train staff on visual merchandising topics
• Maintain consistency and quality of visual merchandising implementation

Requirements

• Experience in a retail environment with a visual merchandising focus
• Demonstrated ownership and implementation of visual merchandising strategies and standards
• Experience with window installations and special events
• Knowledge of ready to wear, leather goods, and accessories
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced luxury retail environment
