Client Advisor, Visuals Expert - Copley Place

Summary

The Client Advisor, Visuals Expert will be based in the Copley Place boutique and is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while achieving individual and store sales targets. The role combines luxury retail sales with execution and upkeep of visual standards, partnering with the visual merchandising team to implement floor changes and local displays. The advisor will also support events, inventory activities, and regular reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Continuously meet or surpass monthly and annual sales objectives.
• Provide personalized, high-end customer service and maintain an accurate client book using CRM tools.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards, including windows, displays, and floor changes in coordination with the VM team.
• Support in-store events, installations, pop-ups, and window presentations.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom; assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Coach and train colleagues on product knowledge and visual execution; report regularly to management and the VM team.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
• Proven experience as a visual merchandiser, including window dressing and space planning.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets.
• Willingness to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
