Client Advisor - Waikiki

Summary

Responsible for generating sales through exceptional client relations and product knowledge while representing the brand. Supports store sales goals, maintains store standards, and provides high quality customer service. Handles point of sale transactions, inventory tasks, and follow up on client purchases and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals
• Educate clients on company history and product knowledge
• Maintain an active client book to cultivate relationships
• Support team members to meet store sales targets
• Provide prompt follow up for purchases repairs and inquiries
• Operate store POS and open and close register
• Process payments and returns
• Conduct inventory counts and follow loss prevention policy
• Maintain store merchandising standards and housekeeping

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Luxury sales experience preferred
• Experience developing and prospecting client relationships
• Professional presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work as a team player
• Knowledge of fashion and design trends preferred
• Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Able to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly
