Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional in-store service and embodies the brand through personalized client interactions and styling. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and creating memorable experiences that deepen client loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and outreach
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets
• Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems
• Deliver elevated in-store experiences and personalized styling for clients
• Drive repeat business and convert appointments through discovery and product knowledge
• Support store hospitality and act on client feedback to enhance the client experience

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven record of commercial results
• Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver exceptional service
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Desired: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages
