Client Advisor - Wailea

We are currently seeking a Client Advisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Wailea.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
• Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
• Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
• Assist management with store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and comply with company policies.

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Polished and well-groomed appearance.
• Availability to work closing shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, annual inventory, and the entire holiday season.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
