Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after-sales service, identify client needs, and anticipate future requests.
• Develop a client portfolio and exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Create personalized looks and communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in a client-facing role, such as fashion or accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
• Passion for fashion, a business mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong teamwork, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with technology and adaptability in a fast-paced environment; English and local-language skills required, with additional languages preferred.
